Multifamily
We specialize in multifamily flooring options and installations. Large to small projects, we handle the material orders, site delivery coordination, and oversee the entire installation process. We have a vast inventory and access to the industry's leading vendors to meet any flooring needs. We specialize in cost-effective flooring to ensure we meet our clients' budgets, while not sacrificing quality.
Commercial
We have worked on several commercial projects, from small office fitouts to large commercial manufacturing buildings. We have the manpower to handle larger projects and stay on pace with the project schedule, to avoid delays in overall completion time. Flooring technicians are typically one of the last trades in and we can meet the sense of urgency needed at a project's end.
Assisted Living / Retirement
We recently began working in Assisted Living Communities helping to provide updated flooring options for those in need. We have assisted several properties switch over from carpet to LVP Flooring / Sheet Vinyl to offer their tenants & staff a product that requires less maintenance.
Flooring
We offer a wide variety of materials - most of which we stock in house once we provide the regular turns at a multifamily property. We can stock your current spec materials or work with you to find a new fresh look for your property based on today's design and market trends.
Carpet
Since Covid, less and less carpet is being utilized in multifamily settings typically just being used in bedrooms. We stock a variety of styles in neutral tones ready to go or we can order a specific carpet for your properties needs. We can quickly and efficiently remove old, stained or worn out carpet and padding and refresh your multifamily space for a quick turnaround.
Sheet Vinyl
Sheet Vinyl has a great variety of uses and is still in high demand. For its ease in cleaning and installs and wide variety of patterns available - it is a very popular flooring choice in bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry areas.
Luxury Vinyl Plank / Tile
Luxury Vinyl Plank and Tile, are heavily utilized throughout multifamily housing. With a wide variety of styles, sizes, wear layers, textures there is endless variety. We pride ourselves on quality work updating units bringing them more to today's flooring demands as the rental market adapts to renters needs.
Wood
Wood floors create a warm luxurious feel and are typically sought after in more high end properties. We offer a variety of wood options and work with our clients on material selection, budget pricing, and finding a product that will meet expectations.

Tile adds great value to any rental property. From Bathroom floors, to tub & shower surrounds to kitchen backsplashes. Property Turns are a huge part of what we do. We have assisted properties all over New England with reviving units once a tenant moves out. From full flooring layout changes to simply changing out a bedroom carpet - we have it covered, in a timely manner that meets the timeline to prepare the unit for the next tenant. We understand that none of our clients have time to waste turning a unit and work within their timeline to ensure minimal lost revenue.
Upgrades
The flooring market has changed greatly over the past years. Carpet was typically the most sought-after option. These days with more and more multifamily options available prospective tenants are looking for ease of cleaning, durability, sound mitigation, and more. Luxury Vinyl Plank / Tile has been extremely popular, and we have been working with properties to update their units to this highly sought after apartment style. We specialize in what we consider a “Plank Renovation” switching out typically all apartment areas to plank, some opt to keep carpet in bedrooms, some are using plank in the full unit.
Trim Work
To add to an apartment's upgraded style, we also offer wood baseboard & a variety of trims for installation with our flooring work.
Tile
Tile installation also offers prospective tenants an upgraded style. Bathroom Floors, Tub & Shower surrounds and Backsplashes are all offered. We can work with properties on cost effective products that will capture prospective tenants' attention.
